Please refer to the 2 steps below to get Click to Call from 3CX working from your Google Chrome.

Step 1 : Install 3CX Application

1. Please login to your 3CX Web Client using this link [opens new tab] https://konnectcraft.3cx.ca
2. You can reset the password for 3CX using the forgot password link on the login page if you do not remember credentials for this. You just enter your email address to get a password reset link in your inbox.

Step 2 : Install 3CX Click to Call Chrome Extension

1. Install 3CX Click to Chrome Extension 3CX Click2Call – Chrome Web Store
2. Go to 3CX Options (Right Click 3CX Extension icon)

3. Update the Web Client to your appropriate URL (https://konnectcraft.3cx.ca)

Once both 3CX PWA App & 3CX Click2Call Chrome Extensions are installed & configured properly, you will need to refresh the CRM page before the 3CX Plugin is able to detect the phone numbers and the number is clickable.
